About Jessika Malone, LPC-MHSP(t)
Nashville-based couples therapist specializing in divorce therapy and counseling, discernment support, and high-conflict relationships.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply nonjudgmental. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method for couples.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring over two decades of experience as an international arts producer, director, and intimacy coordinator. That creative foundation shapes how I show up as a therapist: attuned to nuance, sensitive to power dynamics, and at home with emotional intensity. In our work together, we’ll create a space for you to process your grief, clarify your needs, and begin building a future that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are becoming.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people through relationship transitions, identity shifts, and life after loss. My practice is affirming of diverse relationships and identities, including clients navigating ethical non-monogamy and other modern relationship structures.
In sessions, you can expect a balance of open, compassionate listening and practical tools you can use in daily life. I’ll be honest with you, sit with you in the hard moments, and help you take concrete steps toward healing and growth.
I practice under the supervision of Dr. Alissa Beuerlein, LPC-MHSP, and see clients through Nashville Therapy Group.
