LGBTQIA+ Relationships

Our identities live in the space between how we see ourselves and how others see us.

For LGBTQIA+ people, this space can hold both deep joy and profound tension. Therapy offers a place to hold all of it — where your love, your body, and your identity are not questions to be solved but realities to be honored.

Together, we can explore what it means to show up fully in your relationships, to navigate the complexity of desire and connection, and to reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been too long denied.

For many, therapy is also where identity is discovered. You may not yet have words that hold your full complexity, or you may be trying on new ones. Our work is to create a space where you can ask these questions without fear — where exploration is met with curiosity and compassion, never judgment.

As a queer therapist practicing in the South, I know how important it is to find care that is safe, competent, and affirming. Too often, LGBTQIA+ people encounter dismissal, misunderstanding, or outright hostility — even in professional settings. Here, you will not have to explain your existence before you can begin to heal.

Whether you’re seeking support as you come out, working through family dynamics, healing from shame, or wanting to cultivate intimacy in new ways, our work together begins with the belief that you deserve to feel safe, whole, proud, and joyful of who and what you are.
