People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons.
Heartbreak, burnout, anxiety, grief, identity shifts, creative blocks, family tension, or simply the sense that something isn’t working anymore: whatever brings you in, we’ll start there. With compassion and curiosity, we’ll work together to determine your goals for our time.
I work with individuals who want to:
- Heal from heartbreak or loss
- Build resilience and find calm in the face of anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm
- Explore questions of identity, purpose, or belief
- Set boundaries and break patterns rooted in shame or people-pleasing
- Heal trauma of all kinds
- Explore the impact of substance use without shame
- Recover from burnout and re-imagine a life that feels more sustainable
- Reconnect with creativity, pleasure, and a sense of aliveness
My approach is intuitive, relational, and deeply nonjudgmental. I listen closely, not only to what’s said but also to what’s underneath. I pay attention to patterns, pauses, and the parts that are hard to name. Together, we’ll work toward a more authentic life and deeper, healthier relationships with others and with yourself.
